Chapter One - The Dream
In 2026, an untouched piece of Fynbos overlooking the Kleinriver Mountains became the starting point of a dream.
What first looked like an empty landscape quickly revealed something far more valuable: silence, open skies, wildlife and a feeling of freedom that is becoming increasingly rare.
It was never about building another holiday house.
It was about creating a place that belongs to its surroundings rather than changing them.
Chapter Two - The Vision
The vision was simple: to create a place where nature comes first and time slows down.
A place designed for slow mornings, long walks through the Fynbos, sunsets over Walker Bay and evenings beneath a sky filled with stars.
